interest in agribusiness at Palm Oil Plantation, where the company
still expanding plantation projects in the region focusing on adopting
the industry’s best practices and deriving operational excellence.

We invite dynamic professionals and result oriented person with
motivation and creativity to full fill following position:

Purchasing Staff (Code: Purch.)

Requirements:

* Min. Holds Bachelor Degree on Accounting / Finance / Economy or
related discipline area from reputable university
* Male/Female, max. 35 years old
* Having at least 2-5 years experience in Purchasing / Procurement
and Logistic. Preferable experienced from palm oil company business
* Understanding of the combined functions of purchasing,
logistics, sourcing, inventory control, transportation, receiving,
export / import document, etc
* Good command written and spoken in English & familiar with
Microsoft Office skills
* Good Interpersonal Skills, time management and organizational skills

Responsibility:

* The position will be handled and responsible for operation
purchasing and logistic function
* To support all departments by providing/purchase of goods, spare
parts, chemicals, heavy vehicles, light vehicles and others services
to support business operation at plantation and office as requested by
reasonable cost and plan for delivery time
* To organize and maintain all record & documentation (PR, PO,
Quotation, etc)
* To doing good negotiation with supplier or vendor and maintain
* Assist in identifying and recording inventory items
* Responsible for overseeing the day to day logistic operation by
working along with various departments
* Handling, documenting and monitoring all outgoing goods and
delivery from supplier/vendor up to site/place
