* Usia maksimum 50 tahun
* Pendidikan S1 Teknik Sipil dari Perguruan Tinggi terkemuka
dengan IPK minimal 2.75
* Pengalaman dibangunan gedung min 7 lt / high risk building min 5 tahun
* Dapat bekerja sama dalam satu tim
* Mampu berbahasa Inggris aktif dan mengoperasikan computer
(MS.Office, MS Project)
* Siap ditempatkan dimana saja
