Our client is a PMA company engaged in agri-business and is a top 5
market leader in its niche market. As a result of its desire to
re-engineer efforts as the company relates to supply chain planning
and execution systems, it now seeks the services of a:

Seed Production Manager
(Jawa Timur - Jember)

Responsibilities:

Main function is to manage the implementation of end-to-end
processes to ensure the efficient flow of hybrid corn products from
production planning/scheduling, plantation production and the delivery
of finished/harvest goods, including collaboration with existing or
prospective farmer-partners.
Leads the mapping out process with a team of field supervisors
responsible for identifying/negotiating with farmer-partners,
including technology transfer to and collection of output from such
farmer-partners.
Manage strategic partnerships with partners/suppliers,
distributors and customers, ensuring efficient material supply,
supporting production process and managing logistics.

Requirements:

Male, 30 - 40 years old, Agriculture or Agronomy graduate; good
English language communications skills
Minimum experience of 5 years in production planning and delivery
control, and inventory management, preferably gained from an
agri-business or manufacturing environment.
Experience in a fast paced and complex logistics environment.
Ideally, candidates must be matured and street-smart individuals
who have strong leadership, planning, and decision making skills.
Willing to be posted to Jember, East Java.
