STAFF PURCHASING (SP)
Responsibilities:
Responsible in negotiation process with the supplier
Responsible in PO process included in create the PO and issues PO
based on approved IPR as well as monitoring the process
Provide the report to other parties related to operations support’s process
Requirements:
Female/Male
Maximum age 30 years old
Hold Bachelor Degree from any major
Minimum 2 years in similar position
Building relationship with vendors and principals
Organize Inventories Purchases and General Office Supplies Purchase
Highly initiative, a team player and a hard worker
Strong motivation, discipline & dedication
Trustworthy and able to respect confidentiality
Good performance, interpersonal and communication skill
Computer Literate
Fluent in English
Willing to be placed in Jakarta
