He should have a strong technical background in Coal Fired Power Plant of size around 50-100 MW;∙

He should also understand the Indonesia’s basic Transmission Standard especially in the Bali-Jawa Grid;∙
Experience in managing sizeable Coal fired Plant in Indonesia is an advantage;∙

Experience in the stage of Pre-feasibility of Project that include Coal specification, available technology in the Fluidized Bed Boiler.∙

Having experience to setting up Financial Model / Analysis for a new Coal Fired Power Plant;∙

Having experience in prepared preliminary document for the EPC contracts and sourcing of the EPC contractors;∙

Fair knowledge in the IPP regulations in Indonesia;

Project schedule: immediate for duration of at least 1 year. The office will be in Citeureup and will be provided with other resources from Indonesia. He may have to travel occasionally to Cirebon site as the project sites will be located in 2 separate locations, i.e. Citeureup & Cirebon.

2. Memiliki kompetensi Teknis :

• Familiar dengan perangkat lunak enterprise asset / resource

--- EFFICIENCY & PERFORMANCE JUNIOR ENGINEER ---

FUNGSI UTAMA:

Melakukan pengambilan data, pemodelan thermal dan fluida, melakukan
perhitungan dan analisa serta pengembangan data untuk program
peningkatan efisiensi peralatan atau sistem pembangkitan yang
bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas kinerja
mesin-mesin pembangkit dengan berkoordinasi dengan pihak-pihak
terkait.

Menyusun dokumen kerja yang dibutuhkan dalam proses monitoring,
perhitungan serta analisa efisiensi & kinerja.

KUALIFIKASI:

1. Pendidikan dan Pengalaman:

• Sarjana (S1) jurusan Teknik Mesin / Teknik Fisika / Teknik Kimia atau;

• Tugas Akhir dan atau Pemitanan/Konsentrasi dibidang
Thermodinamika / Mekanika Fluida / Penukar Panas / Konversi Energi

2. Memiliki kompetensi Teknis :

• Analisa & perancangan rekayasa thermal

• Analisa & perancangan sistem pembangkit listrik dan peralatan
konversi energi lainnya

• Mampu memanfaatkan software (menjadi nilai tambah) :

Ø Pemodelan pembangkit / power plant secara thermodinamika :
GateCycle, CycleTempo, Thermoflow atau lainnya.

Ø Pemodelan proses : HYSYS, ProII atau lainnya.

Ø Pemodelan Fluida dan Struktur : Fluent, Nastran, ANSYS, atau lainnya.

Ø Software engineering lainnya : MATLAB, AutoCAD, atau lainnya.

• Terampil menggunakan Microsoft Office

• Mampu melakukan audit energi dan analisa kebutuhan energi

• Memahami proses pengukuran pada bidang thermal, fluida dan
ketenagalistrikan.

• Mampu membuat laporan dan rekomendasi hasil kegiatan analisa

--- PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE JUNIOR ENGINEER (PdM) ---

FUNGSI UTAMA:

Melakukan analisa dan pengembangan data untuk pemeliharaan predictive
pembangkit yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keandalan, memperpanjang
lifetime dan meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas kinerja
mesin-mesin pembangkit dengan berkoordinasi dengan pihak-pihakterkait.

KUALIFIKASI:

1. Pendidikan dan Pengalaman:

• Sarjana (S1) jurusan Teknik Mesin / Teknik Elektro / Instrumentasi atau;

• Tugas Akhir dan atau Pemitanan/Konsentrasi dibidang Vibrasi /
Condition Predictive Maintenance

2. Memilikikompetensi Teknis :

• Mengambil data vibrasi pada rotating equipment (pompa, motor,
turbingenerator dsb.)

• Mengolah data yang diambil, menganalisa spektrum dan vibration signature

• Melakukan set up pada alat pengambilan data vibrasi

• Dapatmemahami filosofi Predictive Maintenance merupakan nilai tambah

• Menguasai program data base dan software simulasi
ANSYS/NASTRAN merupakan nilai tambah

• Mampu membuat rekomendasi dan laporan hasil kegiatan PdM
