Warehouse Supervisor
(Jakarta Base)
Responsibilities:

To ensure subordinates meet service performance requirements and take
corrective action swiftly when required.
To promote open communication, proactive approaches to
problem-solving, and best practice implementation in Warehouse
operations team.
To develop with Warehouse Manager, review and update process maps and
standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all processes and activities
of the team.
Ensure the effective implementation and adherence to all process maps and SOPs.
Participate in training and coaching front-line staff to effectively
perform the functions and activities of the team.
Ensure the appropriate allocation of resources (both human and
capital) are employed to perform operational activities efficiently.
Conduct performance reviews of front-line staff as required by company policy.
Fully understand all aspects of the system and being capable of
training and coaching all front-liners in the use of the system.
Ensure that the required daily and weekly performance reports are
prepared in a timely manner.
Review weekly service performance and quality reports, discuss and
identify root causes of service failures with Warehouse Manager,
implement preventive action, and suggest any modification of SOPs
accordingly.
Organize and conduct weekly meeting with the team to review
performance, service failures, and operational problems.
Organize and conduct daily safety talk and monthly safety meeting.
Ensure all action items which had been discussed in both performance
meeting and safety meeting, will be done properly by the nominated
PIC.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree,
Logistic/Transporta tion or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is
required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Sunter.
Preferably Coordinator/ Supervisors specializing in
Purchasing/Inventor y/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
